Returns and Exchanges Policy

At ESR TECH Made Easier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in их original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your ESR TECH account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
